As the quarantine extends to May 15, we've all been tasked with adjusting to a new normal. We realize that all of us have been affected by this global crisis, and we hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy.

With the health and well-being of our retail employees and customers in mind, we have decided to keep our stores closed until it is responsible to reopen—However we are prioritizing essential care visits only, as well as taking Telehealth calls Monday-Saturday from 10-5PM. Essential care can include pain, redness, dry eyes, or an exam required for eyewear due to lost or broken pair of glasses.To align with all state, local and federal guidelines, all routine exams will be revisited at a later date.

We are committed to continue to provide the essential products and services that you and your family need to function day in and day out, and will open select OPTYX locations in NYC and on Long Island by appointment only. If you have an existing order with us, we will also provide curbside pick-up at certain locations by appointment. Your safety is our priority.

You can still get an updated prescription or consult with a doctor: If you’re looking to renew your glasses prescription,  while our stores are closed, you can speak with an optometrist about extending your glasses or contacts prescriptions, or about any other vision or eye health concerns you may have.  Call 1-877-472-6945 and we'll discuss your consultation options.
